Numbers add up for alliancing: study


A NEW survey has underlined the time and cost benefits of alliancing. The Alliancing Association of Australasia says 80% of the 30 projects surveyed in its Alliance Performance Survey were completed on time or early, and more than 80% came in under the estimated target outturn cost.
